It is so exciting to be part of the EyeOpener training in Gulu, Northern Uganda.
From February 2 until February 12, EyeOpener is facilitating a training on Most Significant Change (MSC) using Participatory Video.
During the training thirteen participants become familiar with the use of video for purposes of monitoring and evaluation. The participants represent vocational institutes and NGOs involved in the AS4Y programme. In ten days they go through a basic introduction into video skills, facilitating an MSC process, collecting stories of change and editing clips based upon these stories. This will enable participants to evaluate the programme’s results at the level of the youth, farmers and vocational institutes.
The training is part of AgriSkills4You (AS4Y), a 3-year development programme in Acholi. The programme focuses at increasing the household income and food security in the region by developing agricultural and entrepreneurial skills of young farmers.
